Training

The work behind the roster

Year-round skills coaching, strength and conditioning, and cage time that does not stop when the season does.

Skills development

Every week of the year

Dedicated skills coaching across the whole program, every week of the year. Hitting mechanics, throwing progressions, infield and outfield footwork, and catcher-specific work.

Players are grouped by ability inside their age band so nobody is coasting and nobody is drowning.

APEC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Long-term athletic development applied to baseball: movement screening first, then age-appropriate loading, rotational power, and a real arm-care protocol. Nothing is prescribed to an eleven-year-old because it worked on a college athlete.

CAGE TIME

Rented cage blocks through the winter for tee work, machine work, front toss and bullpens — so the swing that shows up in March was built in December.

TEAM PRACTICE

Outdoor team practices in spring, summer and fall. Situational defense, base running, and live at-bats against real pitching.

Facility names and addresses are confirmed with families at registration.

Skills coaching, strength and conditioning, and cage time are included in team dues. Private and small-group lessons can be arranged separately — ask a coach.
