TEAM POLICIES
The agreement every player, parent and coach operates under — communication, playing time, attendance, conduct and payment terms.
Player portal
One place for the standards we hold each other to, what the season costs, and the information the staff needs on every player.
The agreement every player, parent and coach operates under — communication, playing time, attendance, conduct and payment terms.
What team dues cover, what the uniform package includes, and the costs a family carries on top of dues across a season.
Every rostered player submits this once per season. Sizes, contacts and school details drive uniforms, rosters and event registration.
Got a good shot of your son playing or training? Send it in. The staff keeps a library for social, the website and end-of-season material.
Professional photography from tournaments and camps, sorted by player. View your son’s gallery and order prints or digital files.
Season questionnaire
One form per player, submitted once a season. Sizes, contacts and school details drive uniforms, rosters and event registration.
Coaches and players
Show up on time and ready. Pack your own bag. Do the off-day work. Take feedback in front of your teammates without sulking. Speak to coaches, umpires and opponents like a young man who represents something.
An honest answer about where he stands. A plan he can repeat without us. A reason behind every lineup decision, given to him directly. The same standard applied to the best player on the roster and the last one on it.
The signed player and parent agreement governs in full. The policies page is the plain-language summary of it.
Family submissions
Parents and players get the shots nobody else does — the dugout, the drive home, the rep at seven in the morning. Send them in and the staff will use the best of them on the site, on social and in end-of-season material.
Team photo gallery
APEC brings a professional photographer to tournaments and camps. Every shot gets tagged to the player in it, so a family opens the gallery and sees their own son rather than scrolling nine hundred frames of somebody else’s weekend.
Browsing is free. Order what you want — a digital file, a print, or the full set from an event — and nothing of your son’s is visible to another family.

A photographer works the tournaments on the schedule and both camp weekends. Game action, dugout, training floor and team photos.
Photos are filed by jersey number and roster, so your gallery holds your son’s photos and nobody else can see them.
Digital downloads, prints and canvas, or the whole event set. No package to buy up front, and no obligation to buy anything at all.
